當被問到在遊戲上花費多少時間時,亨利回答:“相當多,我說得相當多,是對那些不玩遊戲的人來講,這可能意味着很多。”“每天四個小時?”霍洛維茨追問道。“也許要更多些。”亨利回答。

Sega looks to be gearing up to reveal its ambitious and mysterious "Super Game". The company previously announced that it wants to create a "super game", which is said to be a long-term strategy to create one "major global title" focusing on "online", "community", and "IP utilization". This project may also encapsulate all of the company's IPs into it. For a project so big, we hardly know anything about it, however, it appears that Sega is aiming for a March 2026 launch. This latest update comes via a company report that describes its upcoming plans, probably meant for investors and board members (thanks Eurogamer). "One strategy for generating such hit titles is the creation of a 'Super Game' - a large-scale global title. We're currently developing such a game, targeting release by the fiscal year ending March 2026," explains Sega CEO, Haruki Satomi, via the report. "The ultimate goal in the 'Super Game' strategy is to create a game so revolutionary that it attracts far more active users than any of the Group's games to date. One key to achieving this goal is whether we can draw together a large community, involving not only players but also streamers who stream the game and viewers who watch their videos. RELATED: Remembering My Sonic Adventure 2 Chao Garden "That kind of community expands and further develops game content, adding value to the game that is unimagined by developers, and sparking a broader movement - which can then draw in even more users and grow the game's presence dramatically." Additionally, the report also states that Sega will continue expanding upon its existing IPs. "To capitalise effectively on our abundant IP assets, including dormant IPs, we will further develop these IPs by means of remakes, remastering, and reboots, etc., as well as offering them to subscription-based services and other forms of monetization across multiple channels". Back in April, we reported that Sega executive VP, Shuji Utsumi, suggested that "Super Game" could actually be the project name for multiple titles, some of which could include NFTs and blockchain integration. "We have defined ‘SuperGame’ as the development of AAA titles that cross over SEGA’s comprehensive range of technologies, and we will aim to achieve this in our five-year plan,” he said.
