近期有許多騙子冒充steam客服或者買錯東西的好友來詐騙，下面我以我親身經歷來給大家曝光一種行騙手段。

省流：封面是真正的steam客服回覆，具體翻譯我放在文章結尾。

正文：

今年10月下旬有一個美國哥們加我，上來很客氣，問可不可以問我一個事，我當時很納悶，想着是什麼事讓他這麼小心翼翼，於是我就問他什麼事，於是他又問我十月份有沒有從steam市場上買過他的一個物品併發給我了一個截圖（ps:他從頭到尾都很客氣，以至於我到現在都感覺他不像是騙子，而是跟我一樣的一個受害者。）截圖的具體內容是一個他的交易記錄，上面購買者是我的頭像與暱稱，我看了後就感覺很離譜，第一我已經兩年沒用steam市場了，第二我的頭像剛換沒多久是我自己用AI生成的，怎麼會有跟我一模一樣的用戶，我的警惕性一下就起來了，意識到有可能是場詐騙，於是我上網查有沒有跟我遇到過類似情況的，不能說沒有，不過很少，而且各個論壇裏都有，基本上行騙的方式都不一樣，所以藉着這個機會，我打算配合下去給大家看看行騙全過程。

There is no such situation in which you need to contact a Valve or Steam employee directly in order to resolve the issue.

Users claiming to be employees of Valve or Steam Support, or requiring them to check your items just in case, should be reported immediately.

If you encountered this situation on Steam, please report this user immediately. You can do this in the Steam Community. Reporting a scammer is the best way to prevent future violations.

If you encounter this situation on Discord, you may want to contact Discord's support team directly to report this user, as we can't police content/users on programs outside of Steam.
